1. Marketplace Rules

• The Marketplace can sell all types of Houses, but for Heroes, you can only sell Super Legend.
• You can cancel your sell order after 5 minutes
• House and Hero selling fee is 10%.
• House and Hero can still be used during selling time, but when someone bought it, the seller account will be kicked and rolled back about 10 minutes before the House/Hero is sold. Therefore, when selling House/Hero, do not use that House/Hero
• House/Hero has a minimum price for sale.
• When many people buy the same item at the same time, first come first serve, unsuccessful buyers still lose gas fee.
• House/Hero can only be bought and sold through Marketplace, can’t manually transfer Hero back and forth between accounts.
• You can sell heroes after 7 days from the time you minted the heroes. This applies to 2 cases:

-Heroes that bought from shop.

-Heroes that claim from the Prison block.

2. The minimum price specified when selling:

• Hero:

1 Super legend with Minimum price (BCOIN): 700

• Bhouse:

1 Tiny House with Minimum price (BCOIN): 360

1 Mini House with Minimum price (BCOIN): 1200

1 Lux House with Minimum price (BCOIN): 2700

1 Pent House with Minimum price (BCOIN): 4800

1 Villa with Minimum price (BCOIN): 7500

1 Super Villa with Minimum price (BCOIN): 10800
